The single board design enables you to quickly swap out a board for maintenance or for an upgrade. A single board computer, or an SBC, is a fully functioning computer built on a single circuit board with the “gold fingers” to be inserted into backplane. The Single board computers include the processor (CPU), memory, storage, and input/output (I/O) capabilities as well as additional features required of complete and fully automated computers.
